Abstract
Coronary heart disease is a catastrophic disease whose incidence continues to increase every year and its treatment requires large costs. Treatment costs are the largest cost component in CHD therapy, so the effect of treatment costs is important to consider. This study aims to determine the profile of drug use, the profile of treatment costs, the relationship of medical costs, and the effect of treatment costs with the amount of use of cardiovascular drugs in CHD patients in the outpatient installation of RS X for the period 2019 and 2020. This study was a cross sectional study with Retrospective data collection on 55 in 2019 and 139 in 2020. The results based on the characteristics of CHD patients in 2019 showed that the number of male patients was more than female, namely 92.7%, the highest number of patients in the 56-65 year age group was 63 ,6%. Hypertension is the most common comorbidities, namely 51.0%. Characteristics of CHD patients in 2020 showed that the number of male patients was more than female, namely 57.6% and the highest number of patients was in the 56-65 year age group of 43.9%. Hypertension is the most common comorbidities, namely 50.4%.
