This research was carried out to examine whether the inquiry model using LKPD based on multidimensional thinking diagrams has a significant effect on integrated science process skills and learning outcomes for MTS students. This research was carried out at MTS Nurul Ulum using a purposive area sampling method which was carried out by determining several considerations. Saturated sampling technique was used to select samples. The inquiry learning model with the help of LKPD based on multidimensional thinking diagrams was used in the experimental class while the control class followed learning traditionally. The statistical tests used to analyze data on science process skills and learning outcomes are the independent sample t-test for normality and the right-hand t-test. The results of the independent sample t-test of science process skills, namely sig. (2-tailed) is 0.003, the learning results obtained sig. (2-tailed) is 0.001 so the significance value is > 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The right side t-test of integrated science process skills obtained results of (3.224) > (1.701) while the learning outcomes obtained were (3.624) > (1.701). The calculated t value > t table means that the integrated science process skills and learning outcomes of the experimental class are superior to the control class, so the conclusion is that the inquiry model using LKPD based on multidimensional thinking diagrams has a significant effect on the integrated science process skills and learning outcomes of MTS students.
