Abstract

The article discusses issues related to multitasking. It has been stated that most federal managers think that they don't have any choice but to multitask, but it could cost the government valuable productivity points. It has been stated that in a study published on February 14, 2008, in "The Journal of High Technology Management," multiple projects could be managed only by minimizing switchovers by being meticulously organized, methodical and focused.
