Abstract
We report six cases of methotrexate-associated lymphoproliferative disorder. The ages at the time of diagnosis ranged from 60 to 79 years old. They were all female. All of them had been prescribed Methotrexate for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Lesions were observed in their lymph nodes, lungs, adrenal glands and pharynx. In all cases, by discontinuing Methotrexate, the shrinkage of the lesions or their disappearance was observed. There was no recurrence thereafter.
