Menggunakan Aplikasi Quizziz untuk Membuat Evaluasi Online di Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Pelatihan Kompetensi Guru

Abstract

Various problems are faced by teachers, students, and parents when learning online during the pandemic. Teachers feel bored with students studying at home and completing school assignments. Therefore, innovation is needed in giving assignments to make it more fun and not burdensome. One of these innovations is using Quizizz. This service aims to improve teacher competence in conducting online evaluations through the Quizizz application. The methods used to carry out community service are lectures, questions and answers, and practice. This activity was attended by 19 teachers at SDN 1 Sadagori, Cirebon City. From the results of community service activities, the ability of teachers to create online quizzes using Quizizz increased by 100%. Beginner teachers who have never used or know the Quizizz application can easily create and publish quizzes on Google Classroom. The involvement of tutors in each group greatly helps teachers to practice creating quizzes using quizzes. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and hoped that this training could continue.
