MorphoTools2: An R package for multivariate morphometric analysis

Abstract

The package MorphoTools2 is intended for multivariate analyses of morphological data. Commonly used tools are missing or scattered across several R packages. The new package, in order to make the workflow convenient and fast, wraps available statistical and graphical tools and provides a comprehensive framework for checking and manipulating input data, core statistical analyses and a wide palette of functions designed to visualize results.
