Abstract

The challenges faced by human beings in the field of public health have never stopped. Especially in the past 20 years, major public health emergencies have occurred frequently, such as the SARS epidemic in 2003, the H1N1 flu in 2009, the Ebola epidemic in West Africa in 2014 and the COVID-19 epidemic in 2019, with unprecedented scale and harm. College athletic sports in public health emergencies is bound to be greatly affected, so it is an inevitable choice to carry out online athletic sports in public health emergencies. On the basis of introducing the relevant theories of Distance Education under public health events, this paper analyzes the requirements of the development, and analyzes the application of the relevant web technology, streaming media technology, database, electronic whiteboard and other key technologies. The research shows that the construction of school network curriculum system has been greatly strengthened. The provides a broader stage for schools to make more contributions to the improvement of the overall physical quality of the whole society.
