Abstract
The arrival of the era of artificial intelligence and big data is subtly changing people's production and life. This article mainly studies and analyzes the results of previous surveys. The impact of big data and artificial intelligence on human resource management has led to more diversified employee training methods, more oriented performance management, and more diversified welfare management. Effective use of big data and artificial intelligence can better optimize business management and improve market core competitiveness.
