Abstract

After publication of our article [1], it has come to our attention that we have omitted a conflict of interest statement which should read: Dr. Exley is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Children’s Medical Safety Research Institute (CMSRI). We have also omitted an acknowledgements section which should read: Dr. Mold was funded through a research fellowship grant awarded to Dr. Exley through Keele University, Staffordshire, UK, by the Children’s Medical Safety Research Institute (https ://www.cmsri .org/).
