Abstract

The article highlights and systematizes the significance and impact of rock art as a form or communicative manifestation in its first phase of evolution, as the germ of the development of thought and writing. It explains rock art from the history of social communication; the interest and the real scientific studies developed in the world and national rock art; rock art from the communication perspective; and the progress of recent rock art research and its relationship with the communication perspective developed through rock narration.
