Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study was to establish a risk scoring system for the decreased glomerular filtration rate (GFR) in Chinese general population. Methods: Totally 781 participants who underwent a health checkup in The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January to September 2017 were involved in the study. Significant variables chosen by multivariable logistic regression analysis were allocated the integral scores in proportion to its odds ratio (OR), and then the risk of decreased GFR was assessed based on the scores.
