Abstract

Two patients developed ulnar and median neuropathy 15-20 years after anterior dislocation of the radial head had been diagnosed in childhood. Anterior dislocation of the radial head should not be considered innocuous. Open reduction with reconstruction of the annular ligament may be indicated. © 1992 Informa UK Ltd All rights reserved: reproduction in whole or part not permitted.
