DİYABETİK AYAKTA ÖZ BAKIM DAVRANIŞI ÖLÇEĞİ’NİN TÜRKÇE GEÇERLİLİK VE GÜVENİLİRLİĞİ

Abstract

Amaç: Diyabetik Ayakta Öz Bakım Davranışı Ölçeği (Diabetes Foot Self-Care Behavior Scale-DFSBS) Türkçe Formu’nun geçerlilik ve güvenilirliğini değerlendirmektir. Yöntem: Bu araştırma metodolojik bir çalışmadır. Örnekleme; Haziran-Aralık 2016 tarihleri arasında Gaziantep Üniversitesi Şahinbey Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi Endokrinoloji ve Metabolizma Hastalıkları polikliniğine muayene olmak üzere gelen Tip 2 diyabet tanısıyla tedavi gören 330 hasta alınmıştır. Araştırmada etik kuruldan onay, ölçek sahibinden, kurumlardan ve hastalardan yazılı izin alınmıştır. Veriler; Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Diyabetik Ayakta Öz Bakım Davranışı Ölçeği Türkçe Formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri için korelasyon analizi, Cronbach alpha güvenirlik katsayısı, Kendall W testi, Kaiser Meyer Olkin ve Barlett’s Test ve açımlayıcı faktör analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Ölçeğin dil geçerliliğinde çeviri-geri çeviri yapılmıştır, içerik geçerliliğinde ise alınan uzman görüşlerinin uyumlu olduğu saptanmıştır (kendal uyuşum katsayısı W= 0.38, pObjective: This study aims to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Diabetes Foot Self-Care Behavior Scale (DFSBS). Method: This methodological study included 330 patients who had been receiving treatment since they were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and who were admitted to the Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases Clinic at Gaziantep University Şahinbey Research and Application Hospital between June and December 2016. Approvals from the ethical committee, the developer of the scale, and the institutions, as well as written consent of the participants were obtained before the study was started. The data were collected using a sociodemographic characteristics form and the Turkish version of the DFSBS. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis for validity and reliability analyses of the scale, the Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient, Kendall’s W test, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test, Barlett's test, and exploratory factor analysis methods. The language validity of the scale was conducted through translation and back-translation.
