Abstract

In this one the work of research approaches essentially the content, limits, guarantees and situation of the conscientious objection of the professionals and sanitary scientists before and after the entry into force in Spain of Organic Law 2/2010, of reproductive health and voluntary interruption of the pregnancy (abortion). Of the same way, a small contribution is realized to the solution of the problems that they raise the nature and the juridical protection that deserves the creature in ventre and the supposed conflict with the will of your mother. © 2011.
