Abstract

This report on a 4 week, randomized, placebo controlled, parallel group, repeated measures, double-blind study clinical trial of a preparation containing Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Vin-pocetine and Huperzine A administered to healthy volunteers has identified that the product significantly improves a well validated global score from six tests of working and episodic memory, with an effect sized improvement comparable to the current medications approved to treat Alzhei-mer's disease.
