Abstract

Gives recursions for the multilocus problem with mutation, and derives (in the limit of large Nr and large Ns) the mean coalescence time as (1+rho)^2 2f0/(1+2rho f0+rho fo^2) where rho=r/sh. (Really, the formula is for two loci)
