Abstract

This latest work by the scholar of the apostle Paul, Douglas Campbell, presents a comprehensive account of Paul's thought and practice that also engages contemporary questions in Western Christianity. Campbell relies throughout on Paul's ten-letter canon (excluding, ie, the Pastorals), a decision defended in his earlier I Framing Paul i (Eerdmans, 2014) - although not on any of the rest of the Bible, on which more below.
