Abstract
Equitable economic development is an effort that is always maximized by each developing country, but the existence of poverty is a problem that every country must always have. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of education level, minimum wage, and education level on poverty level in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in 2010-2021. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from BPS Yogyakarta Special Region in the form of time series data. Method used of this study used a quantitative method that was processed by multiple linear analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model and by using SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results of this study show that the variables of education level, minimum wage, and open unemployment rate have an effect on the poverty rate in the province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. And partially the minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the level of education and the open unemployment rate has no effect on the poverty level in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
