Abstract

The article discusses aspects of the Medical Assistance in Dying (MAD) Act in Canada. Topics discussed include the constitutional challenge of the reasonable foreseeability requirement of the law, the establishment of guidelines by the Minister of Health concerning information on the manner and cause of death to be included on death certificates, and the applicability of the law to minors.
