Implementasi Penggunaan Program Autodesk Revit pada Pekerjaan Struktur Proyek Pembangunan Gereja Bethany Yestoya Malang

Abstract

Dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi, pihak perencana, pemilik, pengawas, dan pelaksana proyek memiliki tugas bersama yaitu untuk menyelesaikan sebuah proyek secara cepat, efektif, dan efisien. Namun, semakin besar proyek yang dilaksanakan, maka semakin kompleks juga permasalahan yang terjadi. Salah satu yang sering terjadi adalah permasalahan terkait jumlah volume pekerjaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, digunakan konsep yang disebut Building Information Modelling (BIM). BIM dapat melakukan permodelan secara 2D dan 3D yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambar hasil/ gambar kerja dan dimensi bangunan yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yang berasal dari lokasi proyek yang berupa data umum proyek, gambar kerja/shopdrawing, dan Bill Of Quantity pekerjaan struktur yang diolah menggunakan program BIM yaitu Autodesk Revit, dengan dibantu program komputasi lain Microsoft Excel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan volume total antara program Autodesk revit dan metode konvensional memiliki selisih sebesar 436,85 m3 pada pekerjaan beton dan 168481,22 kg pada pekerjaan pembesianIn a construction project, the planner, owner, supervisor, and project implementer have a joint task, namely to complete a project quickly, effectively, and efficiently. BIM can do modeling in 2D and 3D which is used to obtain the resulting drawings/working drawings and the necessary building dimensions. This study uses primary and secondary data from the project location in the form of general project data, work drawings/shopdrawings, and structural work Bill Of Quantity which are processed using the BIM program, namely Autodesk Revit, with the help of another computing program Microsoft Excel. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the total volume between the Autodesk Revit program and the conventional method has a difference of 436.85 m3 in concrete work and 168481.22 kg in rebar work
