Abstract

We treated 6 patients with volarly angulated malunions after distal radius fractures by corrective radius osteotomy via the volar approach. No complications related to this approach were seen. Postoperatively, ulnar head pain was alleviated and forearm rotation was within 10 degrees of normal.
