Abstract

Bronchogenic cysts rarely develop in the abdomen they typically reside in the mediastinum. We present a unique case of a bronchogenic cyst within the lesser sac. Endoscopic ultrasound proved to be a critical diagnostic tool, and the patient underwent a laparoscopic resection of the lesion. © 2011 by JSLS, Journal of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
