Abstract
Protein biochips offer a multitude of applications, for example in proteomics, biomedicine or biomarker discovery. The development of protein immobilization strategies for the generation of protein biochips continues to be a highly active research field. Here, a short overview over the state-of-the-art in site-specific protein immobilization, including our own work, is given. © 2010 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH and Co. KGaA.
