Abstract

A young man presenting with a Tourette syndromelike disorder that was the main clinical manifestation of Hallervorden-Spatz syndrome is described. It is recommended that, even in the case of slow progression, HSS should be considered in the differential diagnosis of TS-like disorders. © 2002 Movement Disorders Society.
