Suggested scripture for evaluation of a scientific article

Abstract

The process of evaluating a scientific paper is a very important step during the publication process of the work of the academic community. Currently, there are, unfriendly practices have been observed in the evaluation process with inconsistent and disrespectful opinions sent to authors of manuscripts submitted to the assessment. The present work suggests a script of evaluation of scientific articles as a way to optimize the assessment process of the manuscripts. Once the evaluator has identified the scope of the article and considers it apt to evaluate this article, the evaluation can take place in ten steps.
