Abstract

An essay is presented on the challenge of philosopher Cornel West within the education of teacher and the context of teaching. Topics discussed include the analysis of demoralization given by professor Doris Santoro, the unlimited resources of moral rewards, and the belief of demoralized teachers in instruction and in the creation of a caring environment.
