The impact of integrating AI in Insurance and Health Care

Abstract

The main agenda of this review paper is to gauge the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the Healthcare and insurance sector. We also show you how artificial intelligence has disrupted the technology share and see how it can help the hospitality industry solve challenges and improve customer satisfaction. A conceptual model was constructed based on AI principles. The review paper aims at establishing connection between artificial intelligence (AI) and the applications of the same in health care and insurance. The model was validated through observational quantitative analysis, taking the sample of multinational corporations and InsureTechs developing such models. This study ends with some realistic recommendations for insurance providers to consider when dealing with disgruntled customers and other operational issues.
