Abstract
Following Pr Rufo intervention, this paper develops the idea that, in a communautary treatment, therapeutic mediations are more a relational modality than a analytic tool of group processes. They then become one of the tools of the communautary treatment in which they regulate the therapeutic relations allowing the patient's change from narcissistic regression to object's investment.
