Abstract

Prison population cannot access to the Internet for security reasons in Spanish jails. Despite government actions in digital exclusion area, programs focused on this collective have not been designed. The aim of this article is to analyse the situation of this group, through the implementation of the Helper's theoretical model (2012) that studies the factors with influence on social and digital exclusion and the indicators that relate both of them.
