High internal phase emulsion (HIPE) organogels prepared from charge-driven assembled polymer organogels

Abstract

We prepared HIPE organogels from polymer organogels which were pre-formed based on a triblock ionomer and polypropylenimine dendrimers via charge-induced assembly. The morphologies of the HIPE organogels are little changed with salt concentrations while the mechanical strength of the organogels can be tuned by PPI dendrimers. © 2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
