Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dilaksanakan pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.  Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 135 orang, dengan menggunakan tehnik total sampling sehingga seluruh populasi dilibatkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS ver. 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa a) pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; b) tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan c) pelatihan dan tambahan pennghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and additional employee income on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. This research is quantitative at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The research population consisted of 135 employees, using a total sampling technique to include the entire population as the research sample. Data collection techniques were through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis was multiple linear regression with the SPSS ver. 22 analysis tool. The results showed that a) training had a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of the employees of the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province; b) additional employee income has a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Human Resources Development Board of South Sulawesi Province; and c) employee training and additional income have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency of South Sulawesi Province.
