Abstract

The objective of this review article was to describe the emotional salary from the organizational perspective in Latin American countries and to establish the main characteristics and means to achieve its effective implementation, from the systematic review process of 80 scientific articles in the Scopus search databases. and Web of Science, 60 investigations were selected for the preparation of this review article due to their relevance and relevance, using the principles of research ethics, resulting in the implementation of the emotional salary in Latin American countries, depending on the sector, the country and organizational adaptability. However, from the analysis carried out, there is no doubt that emotional salary is a very important strategy that generates emotional and psychological well-being; allowing the increase of work performance in collaborators. Finally, it is concluded that it is characterized by flexibility and the generation of a positive work environment, in addition to promoting the professional and personal development of employees, encouraging the acquisition of organizational skills.
