Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of e-Government in Perak Timur Village in improving the form of optimizing public services. In this study the authors looked at the implementation of the Klampid New Generation (KNG) with the e-Government public service approach. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection uses observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-Government in Perak Timur Kelurahan has been realized and is optimal both in terms of the Service Operational Standards implemented by the City of Surabaya. This is demonstrated by innovations that bring more benefits to people who want to apply for population administration and civil registration, this innovation is very helpful because the process is more efficient, effective and also easy to access
