Schadonia indica, a new corticolous species from tropical India

Abstract

Schadonia indica is described as new to science. It is a corticolous species, with Bacidia-type, eight-spored asci, ellipsoidal to ovoid, hyaline, muriform ascospores, occurring in the tropical region.
