Faktor-Faktor yang Paling Berpengaruh pada Pekerjaan Retrofitting Rumah Sakit Berbasis Peraturan yang Berlaku di Indonesia

Abstract

The construction and building sector are growing rapidly, that the world is facing a new challenge to adapt green principles in order to maintain the environment sustainability. Many countries have regulations for implementing green principles, including Indonesia, which has the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation Number 21 of 2021. Green principles not only required to be applied in new buildings, but also to existed buildings, which outnumber the new buildings. This study aims to analyze which factors are the most influential for retrofitting hospital projects based on current regulations using statistical program, SPSS. Retrofit Design, Environmental Conservation Policy, Energy Efficiency, Water Efficiency, MEP Installation, Indoor Air Quality, Green Construction Methods, Materials Selection, Noise Level, and Patient Safety, respectively are the most influential factors for retrofitting hospital projects based on Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation Number 21 of 2021.
