Abstract
The objective of hereby article is to present the results of empirical research in the context of the comparative analysis between 5 and 7 point Likert rating scale, on the basis of normalization method proposed by Kaufman and Rousseeuw. The author conducted the research on 200 group of young respondents, in which attitudes in reference to the companies' unethical marketing behavior on the market were examined. The selected method of normalization was used due to the level measurement of variables and derived on their basis empirical results.
