Abstract

In this issue of Blood, LaRusch and colleagues demonstrate that uPAR, the well-described cell-signaling receptor for uPA, also functions as a cell-signaling receptor for coagulation factor XII. Together, factor XII and uPAR constitute a proangio-genesis system. (Figure Presented).
