Abstract

Diabetic neuropathy is a complication seen in long standing, uncontrolled diabetics. Pathogenesis, classification, clinical features of diabetic neuropathy is discussed. Foot lesions are the common complications seen with neuropathy. Management of neuropathic pain and autonomic neuropathy are briefly outlined.
