Abstract

Mean size of eggs 0.406 cubic mm (n=658); signif. differences in egg sizes between females at one site; egg organic content was variable; mean content 113.9 ug organic carbon; signif. diffs among locations and females within a pop. Egg size not a reliable predictor of organic content.
