Abstract

This paper attempts to analyze an alternative to the growing problem on how to develop an interface between science and law: the right to good public administration. This right has been recognized in the Fundamental Rights Charter of the European Union and its principles are developed as a dynamic and adaptive rule that would allow solving the environmental disasters caused by climate change. At the end of this work, we analyze how the Supreme Court of Chile, has recognized these principles, in a structural Human Rights ruling for our country, knowing the cases caused by the serious and constant pollution that is lived in the industrial and environmental sacrifice area of Concón, Quintero and Puchuncaví.
