Abstract
Dermal fillers are generally accepted as safe and well-tolerable cosmetic tools. How- ever, adverse reactions have been reported in the literature. Here, we present a case of atypical facial filler granuloma and compare its histologic features with those of the clas- sic paraffinoma. Keywords:
