Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan Terhadap Struktur Modal

Abstract

The focus of this research is the influence of profitability, company size, and sales growth on capital structure. Based on this, this study aims to see the effect and how it impacts profitability, company size, and sales growth on the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques used purposive sampling with several criteria. 37 companies were obtained from 80 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 - 2021. . Data analysis techniques in this study used the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, Determinant Coefficient, Test of Goodness Fit (F test), with the help of data processing by IBM SPSS. This research will look at the results of profitability partially affecting capital structure, company size will partially affect capital structure, sales growth will partially affect capital structure.
