Abstract
This paper will discuss whether the expansion of gender equality will promote gender equality in China. It will begin with the definition of gender equality and higher Education. The main founding of this paper: gender equality achieved progress in Higher Education, but the women in rural areas still suffer from gender inequality and have little opportunity to access higher Education. Furthermore, some measurements and advice in school, community, and government will be listed.
