Abstract
In light of the conclusions drawn from this study, it is advisable for Islamic banking institutions to formally register fiduciary guarantees with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in order to provide legal protection for creditors and mitigate potential losses resulting from debtor default. Furthermore, it is essential that the implementation of murabahah financing involving fiduciary guarantees is aligned with the principles of Sharia, thereby ensuring both regulatory compliance and the upholding of ethical standards in Islamic financial practices
