Abstract

Computational Flow Analysis Enables To Demonstrate Large Cold Storage Air Distribution. Thermal Performances Of The Cold Storage Are Based On Airflow Mechanism In A Closed Chamber. Experimental Investigation On Cold Store A Costly Affair Thus, In This Paper The Impact Of Auxiliary Draught System (Ads) On Airflow Distribution Is Carried Out With The Help Of Computational Fluid Dyanamics (Cfd). Experimental Validation Shows A 26% Of Error In Simulation Results. Cfd Results Reflect That Use Of Ads Reduces Cooling Time By 25%. Auxiliary Draught Ensures A Homogeneous Environment Inside The Plant.
