This study uses primary data through surveys using a sample of 23 employees who served in the IT department. The results of this study indicate that the mastery of computer hardware and software has no significant effect, the capacity of End-User Computing has insignificant influence and information intelligence has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The most dominant variable affecting employee performance is information intelligence.
