Optimization of school quality depends on understanding in receiving lessons both in and outside of class. Quality schools show the capacity of students to optimize certain programs, such as in traffic learning. This lesson is focused on teaching observation in the form of introducing traffic awareness. The learning process using a qualitative approach, such as Android-based grounded theory has never been yet introduced to elementary school students. This approach is carried out for the introduction of interactive learning processes. In addition, it can traffic awareness obedience from an early age. In the age of children, it is easier to absorb the obedient values of traffic signs because basically, children will always interact with the traffic and road systems in carrying out their activities. With these limitations, especially Elementary School Elementary School students need this learning method to introduce traffic signs, especially warning signs, restrictions, Android-based instructions and instructions as interactive learning, with the hope that they can motivate students in helping to learn to understand and understand the concepts of traffic signs without having to bring books and teaching to be more interesting so that it can motivate elementary school students both at school and outside school. In addition, this application can also help schools become quality elementary schools by preparing the nation's next generation of qualified people aware of traffic laws
