Abstract
A large number of sales that offer houses in residential areas will be a distinct advantage, that is, homes that will be sold more quickly. Coordination between sales of home sales using whats up media. This coordination is needed to map and record manually the houses that have been and have not been ordered by the buyer and then the data is stored in the central marketing office. Problems arise if there are two or more prospective homebuyers who have booked with the same block and house number by paying a booking fee and each prospective buyer is brought by a different home sales, resulting in mutual claims of who used to order home. To solve these problems, it is necessary to develop an Android-based home property monitoring system. An android-based application that was developed in this study aims to help supervise the sale of homes and provide information on data that has been ordered, the house has not been ordered and provides information on customers who book home property. The stages of application development use the method of developing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a prototyping model where there are steps, namely Communication, Quick Plan, Quick Design Modelling, Construction of Prototyping, and Development Delivery and Feedback. The results of this study are in the form of application software that helps sales and marketing homes in monitoring the sale of the home property. Based on interviews with home sales and marketing 96% said that the application interface was made easy to use and could help them in the process of monitoring home sales. Based on the results of white-box testing applications that are made there are no errors in program logic so that applications that are made can run well.
