Abstract
This study aims to obtain information about the influence of organizational culture and diversity on organizational effectiveness in elementary schools in the Kopang sub-district, Central Lombok Regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted at an elementary school in Kopang district, Central Lombok district, using a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. A sample of 25 SD was selected by random sampling. The results showed that: (1) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness, (2) there is a direct effect of diversity on organizational effectiveness, (3) there is a direct influence of organizational culture on diversity. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keragaman terhadap efektivitas organisasi pada sekolah dasar di kecamatan Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar kecamatan Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Sampel sebanyak 25 SD dipilih secara random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung keragaman terhadap efektivitas organisasi, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap keragaman.
