Edukasi Tentang Bijak Masyarakat Gunakan Antibiotik Untuk Pasien di Apotek Kimia Farma 217 Ulin Banjarmasin

Abstract

Antibiotik merupakan suatu senyawa kimia yang dihasilkan oleh mikroorganisme yang dalam konsentrasi kecil mempunyai kemampuan menghambat atau membunuh mikroorganisme lain. Masalah saat ini yang terjadi adalah meningkatnya penggunaan antibiotik secara bebas dan keliru menyebabkan terjadinya antibiotika menjadi resisten terhadap bakteri serta penyimpanan yang tidak sesuai yang menyebabkan antibiotik tersebut rusak sehingga efektivitasnya hilang. Tujuan kegiatan promosi kesehatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi serta melihat bagaimana tingkat pengetahuan pasien di Apotek Kimia farma 217 Ulin Banjarmasin tentang penggunaan Antibiotik. Metode yang dipilih dalam menyampaikan informasi menggunakan media leaflet dan Video. Hasil kegiatan dievaluasi melalui hasil dari nilai pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan dilakukan terhadap 15 orang pasien. Berdasarkan hasil pada sesi pre-test diperoleh nilai total sebesar 55,4% dan setelah dilakukan post-test pengetahuan pasien meningkat dengan diperoleh nilai 85%.Kata Kunci: Antibiotik, Edukasi, Kimia Farma, Resisten.Antibiotics are chemical compounds produced by microorganisms which in small concentrations have the ability to inhibit or kill other microorganisms. The current problem that occurs is the increasing use of antibiotics freely and erroneously causing antibiotics to become resistant to bacteria and improper storage which causes the antibiotics to be damaged so that their effectiveness is lost. The purpose of this health promotion activity is to provide education and see how the level of knowledge of patients at Kimia Farma Pharmacy 217 Ulin Banjarmasin regarding the use of antibiotics. The chosen method of conveying information is using leaflets and videos as media. The results of the activity are evaluated through the results of the pre-test and post-test scores. The activity was carried out on 15 patients. Based on the results of the pre-test session, a total value of 55.4% was obtained and after the post-test, the patient's knowledge increased with a value of 85%.
